It is just that stock accounts got different rules and I don't want to touch someone stock unless I know his restrictions :)

That´s an intresting side of view about what art is. It´s completely different from mine.

But...
There’s no accounting for art :-)

Indeed, the idea was not to state that post-editing a rough photographie had nothing to do with art, it is, it can add value to a "draft" picture. But we experienced in the past some deviant "artists" who used a photo, made some basic adjusments of it (contrast, smoothing and so on) and claimed the picture to be their. My belief is that the use of a stock and the claim for a personal work means that the artwork produced is more than slightly different from the original, otherwise it is no more from my point of view than a violation of IPR :)

(sorry for my English, it's not my mother tongue!)
